KD Burdette
KD Burdette is a telecom industry professional with nearly 20 years of experience who currently serves as a Principal at Synergy Towers as well as a Founding Partner of Orthogon Consulting, an industry leading telecom specific consulting firm. After graduating with dual-degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, KD developed a passion for Rf Engineering and spent the vast majority of his telecom career designing networks, optimizing existing infrastructure, and leading teams of engineers on the cutting edge of telecom advancement.
KD brings a unique perspective to the tower development space in that he can envision what the Rf teams are looking for in each instance and help create mutually beneficial designs that meet municipality ordinance requirements and desires while still allowing for the design objective to be met and exceeded.
When not working, KD enjoys spending time with family, backpacking, fly fishing, playing music and generally being outdoors.
Chris Jones
Chris Jones is a telecom industry professional with over 15 years of experience who currently serves as a Principal at Synergy Towers. After graduating with an Integrated Business and Marketing degree from Pepperdine University, Chris developed a passion for Telecom Sales. He spent most of his telecom career selling products and services into all the major US Carriers. He spent many years engaging with all levels of the carrier, spanning from tower climbers to executive level employees. Chris has a vast knowledge of tower infrastructure and has developed relationships and report with key contacts over the course of his career.
Having grown up in and around the self-storage industry, Chris brings a unique perspective to the tower development space in relation to the storage landowners that Synergy represents. Chris utilizes his knowledge and relationships of telecom, combined with his knowledge of the storage industry, to create solutions that fit his landlord’s needs.
When not working, Chris enjoys traveling with his family, golfing, fishing, and playing guitar.

Rick Jones
Rick Jones, a real estate development and building professional with forty years of industry experience is the founder and principal owner of Advantage Storage, a group of integrated development, construction and management companies. Rick leads the Advantage team in all aspects of development, acquisition and property management operations. He has expertise in market research, design, development and operations of storage facilities. Advantage developed their first facility in 1996. Since, they have developed and/or acquired over sixty facilities comprising 33,000 units and 4,600,000 leasable square feet. Advantage Self Storage Management, LLC provides third party management to a large number of storage facility owners. Advantage Construction designs and constructs all Advantage developments as well as for third-party developers. Rick is knowledgeable in real estate investment financing and is a licensed Texas Realtor. He has served as a member of the board of directors for the Texas Self Storage Association. Advantage is an active developer of storage facilities in Texas markets and acquires facilities nationwide.
